Technology complements the facilitator

The collective intelligence platform does not replace live dialogue. It adds a space for anonymous idea generation and evaluation that a facilitator can integrate before, during, or after a session.

How many people take part?

The practical minimum for one problem area is eight participants with relevant knowledge. The method is most reliable with 15–20 or more people whose experience and expertise complement one another.

Which question should be addressed first?

In a short conversation, we can assess the situation, identify the right participant group, and determine how the project fits into a broader decidement sequence.
